Flushing Them Out by JakeMurray
Flushing Them Out
For the "Onslaught at Arda I" adventure book in FFG's "Star Wars: Age of Rebellion" RPG. Looking up various photo references of terrorist attacks like 9/11 and the Boston Marathon bombing left a sour taste in my mouth with this piece. But even though this is set in a fictional universe, I hope the resulting image does emotional justice to the tragedy of events that happen like this all the time throughout the world. It's one of the few times where, in addition to just making a cool piece of Star Wars art, I really strove to imbue the piece with some emotional weight. At least for me anyway. :)

Gates of Arkham
Cover for the new Elder Sign dice game expansion from FFG. I hear that if you rub dryer sheets on your clothes, it helps keep those pesky urban tentacles away. Too bad for this guy!

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone out here for checking out and supporting my craft! DeviantArt has been a wonderful place of inspiration and support ever since I joined as a meager highschool kid about 10 years ago (how the time flies!). Since then, I've grown so much as an artist and am very blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. I can only hope that some of my work inspires others in the same way I continue to be inspired here after so many years. So again, THANKS EVERYONE! Hug

All the Best,

Jake
Just added a handful of new prints for sale over at my INPRNT shop (now with free worldwide shipping through Sunday)! If your walls could use a few more monkeys with guns or toaster walking robots, check it out! More to come throughout the week!
